Do you charge for call outs?

No we do not charge for call outs, no matter what time of night or day, we charge a fixed fee, which we will quote you if you call.

What areas of Devon do you cover?

We cover North Devon including Holsworthy, Bude, Launceston, Tavistock, Bideford, Barnstaple, Torrington, Exeter, Exmouth, Crediton, Tiverton, South Molton. If we cannot meet your locksmith or security needs we are always able to recommend fellow locksmiths who are registered with the Master Locksmiths Association.

Can you repair damage to door frames or windows?

Yes, we provide a full service, if you require a new lock or a complete door and frame we can supply and fit it for you.

What if I my property has been broken into and I call you in the night?

No we do not charge for call outs, no matter what time of night or day, if we cannot fix the problem immediately, we will secure the premises until either we return or you can arrange an alternative means of remedying the problem.

Do you deal with companies or just personal dwellings?

We look after all security needs, whether you have a large corporation that needs master key systems or a mortice lock on your garden shed. We will not treat any of our clients differently, everybody receives the highest quality of workmanship and professionalism, with a free smile.

How much will you charge me a for a quote?

No, we do not charge for quotes. Our policy is that you should not have to pay for something you may not want, however you will find our prices very competitive with a quality of workmanship that is second to none.
